I seem to be solidifying gains at the moment. I really miss the moving average that I had last time I lost weight to smooth the fluid fluctuations out.
Interesting fact of the day: last night I did my "sneak peek" weigh in and it was 218. I "lost" 2.8 pounds overnight. Usually the difference is less than a pound.
I had a diet coke yesterday. I claim extenuating circumstances though: I was outside in 105F heat for a while and seriously needed help cooling off. I don't plan to make it a habit again...
Speculative calculation of the day: according to my food diary I have "saved" 11,219 calories so far, which should translate to 3.2lb. Current weight is 215.2, which is a 3lb drop. So far the numbers seem to add up...
