Went bit over Wednesday, Friday and Saturday last week putting last weeks daily average intake at 2121 cals so not surprised I have gained 1 pound, but will lose it again this week.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
