Started banting/ low carb since the 14th
180.8 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hi! please just make sure to eat mostly unsaturated fats and check you blood lipid levels often😁 i have had many patients (im a dietitian) that did banting but ended up with severe heart condition due to the high 'bad' fat intake.
