Talk about hard work. I've done my utmost to limit weekend damage and although it's another half pound off I really thought it would be more.
Still it's downwards and the journey continues 😎
266.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
