WWWwwhhhhheeeewwww! Panic has left the building! I managed to get rid of 3.5 of the 4 lbs I gained over the weekend, yesterday! LOL Actually, I'm sure it was a lot of water weight. I drank a lot of water, yesterday, ate light foods like sauted veggies and eggs, and forced myself to exercise last night even though I didn't want to. So, now that I've gotten rid of that extra CRAP, it's time to chisel away the next 4.5 pounds to break my plateau! Feeling much better today.
