I did a bone broth fast for 36hrs, much easier than I thought. Had 5 x 250mls and two cups black coffee. I know I am back on track. Doing 16:8, keto, then twice a week 36hr. Finally budged 2kg. Thank goodness. Just keep going forward and live in the now now.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
