MAN, I'M EXHAUSTED AND FEELING THE EXERCISE...AND MY WEIGHT IS UP UGH!!!!!!!!!!! I walked my mile this morning a little slower. My shoe was bugging me and I have a pain in one leg behind the knee area which has been flaring up the past 18 hours.
I calculated the number of push-up I did yesterday morning for this new challenge and the test was 48. Then last night we did cardio/endurance/strength/speed fitness stations. I had 35 more push ups to do in class. My arms (esp. underarm/shoulder area and abs are really feeling it today. I also did 25 sit p/ crunches yesterday morning and 35 in class.
After karate class I counted my calories I had eaten very few, 90 snack, 180 lunch, about 7 grapes snack, 180 supper, canteloupe for dessert, so I figured I'd better make something else, but didin't need any carbs. I fixed 2 90% lean angus burgers with 1 slice cheese (half on each) I ate them on a plate with mustard. I drank several bottles of water yeaterday (i think 5 maybe 6) and had a couple large glasses of water.
I really expected the scales to go down, but they were up .8 pounds. FRUSTRATING, I WANT OUT OF THE 190's I've been here forever. This is the weight I yo yo at for so long before getting pregnant and not caring about my diet. 192-198 for so many weeks. HOW DO I BREAK OUT OF THIS??????? I know I need patience, but its hard when I'm exercising and eating so much better than before and yet I still yo-yo
Oh well, my venting is done for now. I need to go teach my son his reading , math and Spelling lesson for today. Spelling will be a new subject for him. I think he will like it for a while.
