Today was my first day on this diet. It went pretty good I fast walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes and did 10 mins situps.

I drank 5 lge glasses of water and ate just over 1000 calories. All in all a pretty good first day.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
