We're still reeling from the death of our dog Mocha. We are doing some things for comfort. Perhaps next week will be better. I didn't even dare weigh myself today.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
