Hellllppppp! I'm so over this yo-yo dieting thing I've got going on. I need to make some permanent lifestyle changes.
158.7 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

YOu have to plan ahead - my advice? - get premade meals from someone like fitchef so you always have food available. If you don't plan you will fail. It is a given

It really works for me. I buy 25-30 low carb high protein meals then i have about one two two meals a day (of the premade meals) and the rest of my meals i make myself. That way you always have a meal on hand should life happen. Planning ahead is the key ;)

make some of your meals ahead I cook a load of chicken and meatballs and fish cakes an veggies ahead and at night we cook so during the day I can just crab and not eat the wrong stuff
