Weight is staying constant probably from the gym. Noticing my overall size decreasing and leaning out. Still aiming for my goal of 200. Just gonna take some more work.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
