Time to refocus. Friday I hit my goal, I weighed in at 250 pounds. I took the weekend and had some fun and enjoyed myself. I have decided that my new goal will be 230 pounds and I have decided that my timeframe for that loss will be January 1 of next year. That gives me four to loose 20 pounds or 5 pounds per month. This will mean a nimber of changes to the way I eat; first no more candy bars for snacks, second, I will need to workout almost everyday or at least five days per week, third, I will need to cut my calories to a flat 2000 per day consisting or mostly fruits and vegetables. This will be difficult as I have a hard time eating only 2000 calories and because the time committment of working out 5 days per week will be hard. Here we go, I will do it though.
252.2 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
