I know it's only .2 of a pound but I am already getting frustrated with this. I follow everything to the T - only eat until I'm satisfied, drink plenty of water and even exercise. The only thing I can figure is that it's because I drank so much water yesterday - almost a gallon and my body hasn't had time to process it all yet. Either way, still keeping my fingers crossed because I really want this to start working..
