I reached my goal of 210 lbs yesterday and the feeling was tremendous. Now I have to lose a couple more lbs to allow for some bounce backas I transition into a maintenance mode.
209.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
