Scales the same as last week... so maybe time to re-evaluate my calories. Just looked at what I've been eating (I log at MyFitnessPal) and actually previously I was actually eating more. So it may be that I'm possibly not eating enough due to the fact that I swim for 2 hours 2-3 times a week. I'm only really doing breaststroke in the main at the moment, but I probably burn a fair amount of calories in the time, as I'm swimming on average between 1-1.5 miles each swim.

After refinding my love of swimming back in August, I'm now currently doing the Aspire Channel swim raising money for spinal cord injuries. I've just completed week 5 of the 12 week challenge and swam 14.14 miles so far out of the required 22 to swim the equivalent of the English Channel. I must be mad, but finding it's a great motivator to go swimming and even though the scales might not have moved much for the last couple of weeks, people have commented that I've got slimmer... so that's all good and gives me the incentive to carry on even after I've completed this challenge.
