I had given up because I got to 210,
I REFUSED to post it!!!! I’ve got to lose it to help with my sciatica, I dropped 3 pounds I’ve got to keep going!!!!!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
