I'm PREGNANT!!!! =)
I've been on summer vacation and haven't been following SB very well. Then I found out in July that I am pregnant so I cant follow phase 1 really as I need the carbs for the baby. My goal right now is to just keep excersisin,watching what I eat, and portion control. We are sooooo very excited!!
