165.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sliced Sourdough, margarine Brummel & Brown, morning star sausage patty. Lunch: Ken's Greek Salad dressing, canola oil, Crab Delights Flake Style, asparagus, lettuce romain, sugar snap peas. Dinner: Kozy Shack tapioca pudding, grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, shrimp, corn on the cob. Snacks/Other: 100 cal popcorn. more...
