I was 136...I couldn't believe it so I weighed myself again! Still 136. I got coffee and half a banana, then weighed again. 139. I put 139.5 tho my scale doesn't show that. I have a good scale tho once in awhile it's off on the weight. somehow. so thanks all. I have a lot a flab to carve off.
