Yay, another new number on the scale!

I actually remember hitting this weight on the way up not long back, and felt quite depressed about it. Interesting how you can have two completely different emotions about the same weight purely by the way in which you got to it.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
