I hope it is fat that I am loosing. As I have not been following a keto diet. Just watching portions. Energy is low though. But 145 makes me happy. 140 in 3weeks?
145.0 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
