Busy workday so:
Thankful: My family. My friends. I am loved.
Goals: This week I promise to add exercise!
Positive Thoughts: I know how my body likes to recieve it's cal reduction. I like feeling on track and not feeling deprived. It's a heavy calorie weekend with a day trip to Salem with the kids on Sat (I am thinking of tracking after, not during), & Shepherd's Pie for Sun and Mon. It's going to be a rolly polly Tuesday, and I am happy with that.
