Didn't workout in the morning, but managed to walk on the treadmill for 43 minutes tonight. I also threw in some light weights afterward.

Meals:
Breakfast: Visalus Shake
Lunch:
Dinner: Pinapaitan + White Rice
Dessert: Small Peppermint Patty
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
