I thought I was on track for losing 1.8kg this week. Yesterday morning I was 97.3 (loss of 1.6kg) and was fully expecting to see another 200g added (subtracted) to that today. But somehow it went up :( It must be water retention or something, I just haven;t eaten that much food, and I spent over an hour at the gym last night.
Anyway, I know it evens out over time, so I am not worried. 1.2kg in a week is still very good, and I am very happy with that. And that was with the NRL GF last weekend which was a pretty boozy night for me, so I am very happy with the results.
I am going on holidays on the 13th November, and I want to get down to 90kg by then. I think I will struggle to lose that much, but 92 should be achievable.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
