a LOT of stresses and I used each and every one of them (along with the end of the football season) as excuses to grub on handy extremely bad for you snack food... chips, candy, beer, mc donalds, etc... I know life happens and I know that sometimes life happens in bad ways in heaps (husband walking out, son getting expelled from school, other son running away again, etc) and my default after 4 or 5 life altering crashes is to binge... and BOY did I? so I am starting over again and doing nothing in particular by way of specific diet or exercise program.... I'll be more active on here to keep myself accountable.. ok, well, I will TRY to remember to log in each day until it becomes a habit!
