My weight took an about face - increasing. I was so depressed, and the bad thing, I plan to discontinue the regiment next Tuesday which will signify my 40 day commitment. Certainly this has not been a success; in fact, a depression; however, not a failure. The diet plan has taught me some parameters, and I am still exploring my body's interaction with and without certain foods. I am disappointed, but the bottom line remains-Calories count, regardless of what you put into your mouth.
