Getting back into Fatsecret after being gone for 5 years. Have packed on almost 15 pounds since I left. I'm going to Orange theory now, which I love. The missing piece is keeping up with the food I eat regularly. If I don't document it, I will graze constantly and eat whatever my toddler leaves on her plate. My step-father punished me when I was little if I ordered more than I ate and didn't clean my plate. Looking back, I realize what impact that had on me. I feel obligated to eat everything. Knowing is half the battle right!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
