I have lost 6 pounds now in 14 days I am so happy. I have been doing High intensity afterburn workouts for a hour each day and I'm starting to see little changes in my back waist and legs. my goal is to lose 15 pounds by oct 25th.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week
