Worked a 8 hour day, then worked out one hour lifting weights. I was so tired from work but after i started working out I felt great.
Taking a loooooong hot shower and going to bed. (this way i won't want any snacks.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
steady weight
