Weight can register funny sometimes. Last week scale showed no loss after dieting for a full week. This week it is suddenly down 3 pounds! Never know what to expect on that scale!
115.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
