Wow, that quarter pizza looked a lot smaller than it looked the previous evening. Still did the job though, which I suppose indicates that my stomach has shrunk a bit.

Decent weigh-in. I'm expecting to see 213 on the scale in the next couple of days. :)

My first milestone will be 209 I think. Getting that second number to change will be awesome and will I think make me consider myself to be in a slightly lower category of "fat".
214.2 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
