Trying to decide if I should do fasted cardio this morning, which means I probably should.
215.3 lb Lost so far: 64.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week

I think there is no problem as long as it is not overwhelming. It is healthy to walk and improve blood circulation.
