Started work with a bang, sometimes no time for lunch, then protein smoothie saves
133.6 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always have a protein shake ready in my drawer for those busy days. It slows your metabolism if you skip a meal. But well done on your achievement!!
