OK - down 2 lbs and officially below 200! Of course I'm hovering too close to 200 so I'm anxious for the next few weeks to pass so I can get closer to 190 than 200. This is my first "less than 3 lb" loss...but I'm not going to get too hung up on that. I knew 3 pounds a week was not a reasonable pace over the long haul...and who knows? I could have been thisclose to losing another 1/2 pound. My scale show wholes and halfs...not tenths like some others. So 198 is a good number and I hope to get close to 195 by this time next week. I've decided to climb a mountain tomorrow...so I have a feeling that hike might help me reach that goal....
198.0 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
