Not the best day, though the numbers for the pizza are completely estimated: the pizza was from i Fratelli and I only had half of an individual one. I couldn't find nutritional information anywhere so I just used what seemed to be reasonably close. I decided to estimate up to keep myself honest.

I don't like to waste food, so I'll be using halves of the rest as lunches.

Still, the weigh in isn't bad, and one day isn't going to make that much of a difference.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
