I am doing pretty well. I am getting back on a good eating habit & keeping pretty busy outdoors. I am not doing so well on the 20lbs in 4 weeks - I am losing the weight but I am not doing it by eating sushii - I did not know that was the requirement when I signed-up for the challenge- I am not certain that that counts or not. But I feel good about myself & feel a bit rejuvinated from within. I hope that others are feeling the same.
