Wow! Can’t believe the number on the scale today. Started diet reduction 1 week ago and no loss. Started jogging again also. This is going to be a huge challenge to get back to goal weight of 108. New goal date is Xmas
118.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
