Wow what a day yesterday was, seems like about 3 days have past.

Last night went to see our neighbor, she sat straight up to see grandma and my daughter. Looking good, but pain meds giving her nausea. Planning to keep her 3-4 more days until she can eat and keep it down. She was in good spirits. We all were able to sleep better last night. Thanks for the prayers.

The sink: I did nothing with, so today I still need to find a way to cap the divise that held the small drain tube. If I can't find one, I'll give up and turn the holder around blocking the hole, tighten it down good and PERMENTANTly adhere it to seal things off. I just didn't want to do that in case in future years we decide to convert back to a drinking faucet there instead on the hose, though I love having a hose back, so I doubt this would happen. If we did I could always break down and......hire....a plummer.

Exercise, walked my mile this morning, got a later start and think I was walking a bit slower. I'm still VERY tired today, so to make up a few seconds I tried jogging a stretch, running/jogging just isn't for me. tried it in two spots, felt like I was rattling my brains.

Last night we did make it to karate in the pool.the kick trying to have "good form" were very interesting. We got about 45 minutes in of a water workout, then I stayed in the pool and swam some laps. My daughter and I raced a few times, she was mad I beat her even with a head start. I thought she would have won, but she was too tired. She was stressed all day worrying about Dezy in the hospital. I had let my 4 yr. old win before but this didn't bother her. Next time she will win (even if I must slow down) I don't want her getting too discouraged, but last night she knew she was just too tired. I'm out of shape I wore out much soon than I thought I would swimming laps after class.

Okay I've decided there is NO cap for this drain clamp. I think the threads were made unique to the drinking fixture. Compression nor pipe threads match and I'll end up cross-threading which will allow for leaks an ruin the clamp if we ever wanted to put it back on. SO... I'm going to putty it and put air conditioning/furnace tape I forget the real nome for it, but its tough and made to withstand temps and condensation. But I have some of this from when I installed the furnace at my parents house years ago, its actually still good. It holds up better than any tape I know. Since the drain is only gravity (not under any pressure) this should work and won't be permenant. Time to go eat lunch my 2 egg omlet with green peppers and mushrooms is cooking now
