Have not been watching what I eat...Back on the wagon. 😨😨
138.5 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

933 kcal Fat: 58.92g | Prot: 71.39g | Carb: 25.13g.   Breakfast: Pura Thickened Cream, Forresters Paleo Mix, Chia Seed Pudding. Lunch: Dill Cucumber Pickles , Swiss Cheese, Woolworths Champagne Leg Ham. Dinner: Woolworths Select Tomato Passata, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Cooked Pumpkin (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken. Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Coles Thickened Cream, Raspberries. more...
