Down 2 pounds! Ironically I'm happy, but a little afraid it's too much too soon? I'm of 2 minds right now. I like my diet, it's for life, and when I know it's for life I can indulge once a week. But I fear gaining it back, so I'm comfortable with a pound a week,but not two. Maybe that I'm more active now than I was in the summer, I should increase my grains a bit, one cup of wild rice instead of 1/2 cup at mealtimes.
I've also been incredibly busy this September, more so than usual. I miss being at home after a summer off. I'm enjoying a rainy day at home today, still in my PJ's, and catching up on reading and off my feet. I'm going to treat myself to Ben & Jerry's If I had a million flavors.
