Probably more water weight.

Was in super bitch mode yesterday. Very irritated with work. The day did get better, but it didnt go to plan. I ended up running to Chick-Fil-A to get naked nuggets last night and the headache I was getting instantly went away. I think I need to balance a little better. I had a protein shake last night that I really struggled to finish but I really wanted to hit my RDI. Its a learning process!
251.5 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
