Saw my naturopath yesterday — she could not believe the ‘numbers’ as she was testing me!! Everything came down from 100 to normal ranges between 45-50 range ... except lymphatic system ... so I’m walking 30 minutes twice a day to get the lymph system moving out the toxins ... also my PH level is kind of stuck at the 5.6 - 5.8 level so no coffee yet.
Need to get it into the normal range of 6.8-7.2!!
I’ve been on an elimination meal plan for 8 weeks due to a rash that lasted 17 weeks and vertigo issues.
Praising the Lord for the loss of 17 pounds in 8 weeks. Eating: organic chicken, turkey, wild caught fish; low glycemic veggies, organic green tea, Califia Farms almond / coconut milk, almond creamer, Simple Mills sea salt crackers, Siete cassava chips, vegan cheese, Arctic Zone coconut milk ice cream ...
— no grains, no sugar, no dairy, no beef, no legumes, No caffeine, no carbonated drinks. I am so pumped! I have set mini goals of 25-30 pounds so I don’t get discouraged — I know it’s a mind game — but it’s working!!! I have 8 pounds to go to my first goal ...

Not ready to post any pics yet ... but will in a couple of months!!!
209.9 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
