Ok Meesh, you did not lose but you didn't gain either! So that is okay! You need to try for another 5 next week! You did not gain this overnight so it will not come off overnight now matter how hard you try! This will take some time probably more then you want, but if you continue to eat right and exercise the weight will definitely come off!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
