I curb the sugar cravings with Lindt Extra Dark choc. Because it isnt as sweet you tend to eat less of it and its good for you😁 Also have a recipe posted earlier for healthy crunchies to curb the cravings. But the hunger is still a struggle for me. But I will not put my body in the position to dry my milk up💪So if I have to eat, I will eat, just need to choose healthy options.

Yeah Lindt is the best. Also struggling with hunger... and not breastfeeding so don’t even have an excuse. I used to be able to intermittent fast until 2pm most days but now I wake up and I just wanna shove food at my face. Recently stopped the pill and thought maybe the hormone changes might have something to do with it... but Maybe Im just making excuses. For now, I’ve just stocked up on celery, carrots and I boil an egg or two every night so my fridge is full of healthy snacks when I get peckish.
