2018 kcal Fat: 94.74g | Prot: 158.45g | Carb: 123.97g.   Breakfast: Lamb Shoulder Chop (Lean Only Eaten), Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk, Nestle Ricoffy. Lunch: Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Woolworths Boerewors, Pickled Beetroot (Solids and Liquids, Canned) . Dinner: Darling Fruit Feast Strawberry Yogurt, Lamb Chop (Lean Only Eaten), Potato Chips, Checkers Chicken & Mushroom Pie. Snacks/Other: Chicken Breast Meat (Stewed, Cooked) , Vanilla Ice Creams ,  Marie biscuits fudge. more...

Still trying to loose the kg I dropped already and gained again this is just water weight
