Just completed week 2 of the Aspire Channel Swim with 2 swims this week adding another 2.73 miles (4.4km) onto my 22 mile challenge to swim the equivalent of the English Channel over 12 weeks. So I'm now up to 6.09 miles in total, have so far raised £280 for spinal injuries and another 1.8lbs down this week in the process. So I'm super pleased that I'm 10.4lbs down since I came back off hols on 10 August.
Now to just get up to speed with front crawl again... but going to take advice and try a length every now and then. I did manage to get my breathing right the other day and not drown myself, so that's a start and hopefully it will all help in the end.
