Yay, over my plateau the last few weeks. Losing about a pound a week at this minute, attributed to an increase in activity. I've had to up my carbs at times to 4 servings a day (1/2 cup wild rice or spelt pasta is one serving). 1/4 cup quinoa is also 1 serving. I also had to eat more than 6 ounces in meat per day twice this week. Some days I'm hungrier and it's legit hunger, it happens in the Fall when the summer daylight and heat declines. It'll even out by November. It's also back to work time and I have a moderately physical job. I eat loads of fresh produce still, thankful it's all in season.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
