Today is a GREAT day in the sunny autumn weather of the Northeast!!!
Just praising the Lord as I review my food choices for the past week and work my plan so my plan works for next week!
GOD IS SO GOOD!!!
209.9 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
