Yes! Followed the Atkins induction to the letter and I LOST weight again:)

I knew that if I was just patient and kept at 'er I would lose what I gained from Mike's birthday:)

165.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb. Still to go: 25.2 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 12.6 lb a week

That's great! Hey, do you want to do the challenge with us? There are SO many people doing it now, it's amazing! You're counting your carbs anyway...just look it up. No pressure!
