Gained a few pounds in the last two weeks. Not the worst thing. Been going to the gym regularly due to my work schedule. I work two weeks on and two weeks off so my home time is harder to keep weight down. My work time is mostly dominated by cardio rather than weights. Am still
Losing inches and overall feel better. Hopefully when I weigh in in two weeks I should be about 215. Hope everyone is having success with their goals
222.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
